Trying to delete old collector entitlement and getting error. Tried different browsers. Is this a bug we are hitting?

Collector deactivation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community.

I think you guys are talking about 2 different things.

You are speaking of the certificate on the SNTC portal at https://services.cisco.com and yes there is a bug that are not allowing you to delete the certificate. But its existence is cosmetic it does not alter anything on you site and data inventory.

while Balaji is speaking of deleting the certificate from the application running on the collector.
