Hello,
I have an issue with a customer who is unable to upgrade their collector from 2.7 to the newest versions of 2.8. All upgrade possibilities are greyed out and they are also unable to schedule an upgrade. We have tried different browsers as well as clearing the cache to possibly circumvent the issue, however there hasn't been any success. We're able to establish a proper server connection link though, and it successfully connects but still has upgrade options greyed out.
Are there any other methods to utilize to upgrade, or is there a workaround for this particular strange issue that might yield results?

Hey Lmarquez,
The GUI method is a bit faulty and can fail at times. See below for the upgrade guide and the other methods that can be used. The three methods to go about upgrading are via using the GUI, using adminshell, or through manual upgrade. If customer goes via the manual upgrade route, ensure they follow the proper upgrade path as outlined in the guide. I have also included a link to the troubleshooting guide to assist (second link below).
