Collector upload failure

Had to deploy a new collector for customer and discovery and collection work, but it fails on the upload.  Giving generic error of Upload Failed, internal server error.  Collector can reach internet and not using proxy.  Firewall possibly blocking outbound?

Thank you!  That fixed one customer, however, having same issue with another.  They had to reset their CLI admin password and now as soon as they login, the screen flashes quickly to appear the login completed, but then goes right back to login prompt.  We rebooted VM and it does the same thing.  Thoughts?

That is not the same issue please ALWAYS open new post even if it is Internal Server Error as it is a generic error
