How can we show the difference between SNT & PSRT to the client?

partner can take care of this using different tools to provide reports.

Thanks for sharing that comparison link from Proxar. It states PSS is more expensive than Smartnet - this is something which I experienced differently. For us PSS was always significantly cheaper than choosing Smartnet with the same SLA.
