CSAM adding user issue

Have a customer trying to add our team CCOID via CSAM and he cannot select the CBR Admin (or any of the other options).  We've tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache, etc.   Wondering what else we can do.

For further review can you send me the userids of customer DA and CBR user along with contract# between partner and customer company?
