Myself and a customer have tried to get the CSAM tool to work multiple times today. We can login, but cannot get any menu option to work. Both tried the usual things of clearing cache and closing all browsers. We tried Chrome, IE, and FireFox. Is it just down? I know I've had numerous problems with the site, some parts working with some browsers and other parts only working with different browsers. Very frustrating.

can you try the URL https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/
The user needs to strip out all characters in the URL address field that follow “csam/” (such as “/login.do?action=home”
Example: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/login.do?action=home

Yes, that's the url we are both using. We were able to get it to work via incognito mode in Chrome.
