How is it possible to have a near daily upload without a collector running? I am coming into an SNTC setup mid way. There are no registered collectors but on the processing I see a regular upload taking place. How do I find the source of that upload?
Under 'File Name' there is a file listed but I don't think anyone is doing this on the regular so where is this data coming from?
Collection Name:transport_20180601T021115473-0700_9999002006202_swn2_CNC
Customer name omitted.
Collection ID | 146214635 |

Hello,
This appears to be a collector from an earlier Smartnet Total Care deployment; the configuration process has been completed prior to the release of SNTC version 3.0, in such cases not all collector registrations migrate into the SNTC portal.
There may still be a Network Optimization Service still attached this this collector as well:
