Hi
I am testing the Cisco Smart collector at one of our customers site. I need to register on the SmartNet total care portal http://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html, to access to collector
When I try to add a contract as required so that I can get access to the portal i receive the error, even if the contract is added to my account.

Could you please share me the Contract Number or Serial Number for further troubleshooting.

Hi Anusha,
I worked with Dan on this issue. The error was caused because a partner CCO user ID was being used to set up an end customer entity in SNTC. The Discussion is closed.
