Custom Inventory Field Deselection - Multi deselect

From a quality of life perspective on the UI for Smart Net Total Care it would be ideal to be able to deselect multiple fields. I enabled all fields in a single drop down and performed an export to explore my data and then wanted to deselect the additional fields to return the field listing to the previous setting. During deselect I can only deselect one field and then I am forced to re-open the filed list and deselect the next field.

Here is the resolution summary that we provided on the issue : 

  • Customer cannot deselect multiple fields in the custom Inventory .
  • Customer was asked for the webex session so that we can troubleshoot on the issue .
  • Customer has been educated about the setting the screen resolution .
  • Customer can now deselect multiple fields at a time .
  • Customer has given the confirmation for the issue has been resolved .
  • Customer has given the confirmation for the case closure.
  • Hence , proceeding with the case closure .

This may be a "scale" issue. I added a filter to reduce the result set to a single serial number and then was able to remove fields from the field list by deselecting multiple fields without the dialog box closing.
