Hi, I have a customer that has signed up for the Total Care Portal but is getting the Smartcare portal instead. There is no way to back out of it, nor is there a way to access the Total Care Portal. Please assist in removing the Smartcare Portal and such so they may have access to Total Care, thank you. n f ib
