One of my customers granted me access to their SNTC portal as CBR Role and its been more than 36 hours and its still not showing under my SNTC login.
is there anything on backend ? or anything on my side that i can check?

Hello Deepak, Can you try accessing SNTC Portal now in new browser window and let us know if you still don't see your customers?
