It's been 72 hours since I received this message and I still don't have access to my customer's SNTC.

With this role, User can manage (register, edit, and/or delete) collector(s), and access all reports such as All Devices, All Contracts, Device Diagnostics, Product Alerts. User's immediate manager needs to approve the request. Once the request is approved, user is notified of approval via email. User must get access to at least one customer company in order to access Smart Services portal, available at: https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/ to manage/monitor customer company's network data and/or other activities as appropriate to this role. To get access to Customer Company, User requests for company access using Cisco Services Access Management tool, available at: http://efuiinternal.cloudapps.cisco.com/ef/BSEInt/accessManagement.do. User's immediate manager should approve the request to enable company access. Each time the access is granted or revoked, User is notified of the action via email. It can take up to 24 hours for the SNTC portal to recognize the new role assignment. SNTC portal support is provided through the SNTC Online Community forum, so if after that time you are still unable to access the portal, please post your issue there: https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/4891/smart-net-total-care.
