I've had my ASA 5506-X FPWR-BUN for about a year or so. I have never had SmartNET set up for the device and I recently purchased a support agreement but now my purchase seems to be stuck in
"Awaiting Cover Acceptance". I am trying to get the device serials switched over to SmartNET tokens and the device doesn't do much good without it. Is there any specific time frame for the device to get accepted?

The device is also a v01 which means it is susceptible to the signal clock issue as well so getting covered seems imperative.

There is some progress, but it still does not give me a time frame as to whether or not it is being pushed through.
