I uploaded new collected devices data. However, I can see old devices in the SNTC

Hi, I set up a new instance of the Cisco CSP collector 2.8. Initially I have uploaded devices data with out serial numbers. Due to this I am unable to fetch covered/not covered information from the portal and later I have uploaded and tried to get new collected devices data with serial numbers. But still I can see old devices data in the SNTC.

Also please let me know, for example I had already uploaded 100 devices data to the portal and if I want to add few more devices I can add with out TAC support, right ? Please clarify me..

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the additional info. According to the discovery and collection details your CSPC is not utilizing the correct credentials:

Device Unreachable or Incorrect SNMP Credentials.]]></DiscoveryMessage>

When using the 'Manage by IP Address' option within the Discovery job, the device IP gets added to the Managed Devices list regardless of the outcome. If you utilize a protocol-based or a network range of IP address, the CSPC will only manage devices that successfully respond to the SNMP-GET request. The subsequent Collection job will complete the SNMP-GETBULK request which contains the pertinent chassis and component details that will populate your SNTC portal.

By default, the Managed Devices list within the CSPC will be included within the Collection job. Collected data will also be uploaded by default to the SNTC portal. If you wish to remove old, or stale data from the SNTC portal, you must ensure that the managed device IP address is removed from the Managed Devices list first. Once completed, another collection+upload will overwrite the data that is on the SNTC portal.
There is also no need for TAC support if you wish to adjust the managed device list, you may upload approximately once per day without experiencing any processing delays. If there are numerous uploads in too short of a time they will be queued and only the latest upload data will be presented.

Removed all managed devices data and collected data aswell. But still same issue I see old data in SNTC.

If the managed device list is current, the collection profile has been completed, and the upload job has been fully processed on the SNTC portal, then the only data visible on the portal should reflect the managed IPs and the child components found on your CSPC appliance.

Can you confirm, do you mean to say that the managed device list is now empty and the collection profiles have been removed?

Yes, I have removed managed devices list and also removed collection profiles as well. And after that again performed collect + upload process. But still I see old Data in SNTC portal

Can you PM me the Collector ID, Inventory name, and Company name so I can take a closer look?
