I am trying to set up a Common Service Platform Collector 2.7. I gave the .ova file to our VMware group to create a VM. I connected to it via https://<IP_Address>:8001, created the admin password, logged in as "admin", and entered in the Timezone, NTP server, DNS server and Hostname information. After a few minutes I got the following:
Appliance Configuration Summary
X Timezone configuration failed to execute
X NTP Server configuration failed to execute null
X DNS address configuration failed to execute,
X Hostname configuration failed
? Proxy server configuration was not provided
Press 'OK' to finish the setup or 'Cancel' to re-configure the setup.
The last time I did this I hit 'Cancel' a few times but was unable to get the configuration to process. Once I hit "O.K." it proceeded and then I was unable to add the data in later. Why is this doing this and how do I fix it?

The collector .ova file that I have been using was downloaded from https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286312935&softwareid=286312958&release=2.7&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest&i=rm , which was provided to me by Cisco. Is that not correct?

That worked! I now have the collector up and running and registered to the portal. On to getting discovery defined and started.
