Issues granting CBR Access - Active Smartnet Contracts associated

We are trying to get granted CBR access into a customer's portal; we having a pending renewal and need to pull a custom inventory report.

 

We have active SmartNet support contracts; so we should be able to get granted CBR Access. The box is grayed  the customer tries to select the box to give CBRAdmin access.
