Hello Sir,
We bought the below contract number for Korek 2007*** and we wanted the below CCO ID to have access to both the TAC and the SNTC portal.
However, currently the contract can only be seen from their Cisco CCO, but on the SNTC portal it’s not visible and only showing the old one as per the below screenshot. This should be rectified immediately. Appreciate your support.

Hello Manal,
Users can associate contracts to their profiles simply by logging into their profile tool and adding the contract. If approval is needed by an administrator, the contract administrator will be notified.
As for the contract not showing in the portal, the contract will only show in the portal if there are devices in the inventory covered under said contract. Can you confirm that there are devices already present in the portal that should be covered under that contract?

Hello Nathalie,
Yes I can confirm that the contract includes SNTC support and thus the customer should be able to view it on the SNTC portal. Please advise on this as the customer is angry now as he is not able to view the contract there.
