Hi,
I follow the steps in order to register customer CCO ID on SNTC portal and contract and serial number device was validated sucessfully, but we received a message that says: a CISCO agent need to review information.

It looks like 1031019878 is not showing up in the system . Can you please verify if that is the correct one or can you please provide another contract we can use ? .
