Have a cspc server and it says it completes and the upload is successful however never see it process in sntc portal.

Hello youngliving,
It looks like your uploads are successfully being received by the SNTC Portal. From your attached screenshots, it looks like you may only be viewing the Inventory Name "Test". Can you please try to select the pencil icon on the top left located near your company name and select both Inventory names on the drop down menu? This will allow you to view the new uploads from your CSPC.

Good morning.
The upload processing view only shows the entries for the selected inventory. From your screenshot it looks like only the "test" inventory is selected.
Please click on the pencil on the top left and select either all inventories or the inventories for which you wish to view the uploads.
