Hello all.

I have a problem on the SNTC portal where no information appears on the portal, for example when accessing the smart net total care guides Library > All collectors there is no information.

Another case was a successful upload to the collector where no failure was displayed, but when accessing the LiBrary>Administrations>Upload Processing tab the field is blank with no information.

can you help me?

Hello team,Thanks for contacting Cisco, I will assist you with this post. Based on your problem description, looks like you are not able to see data on your SNTC portal ( LiBrary>Administrations>Upload Processing tab).

Please may I know the following information in a Private Message:

+ SNTC portal name:
+ Inventory:
+ CCOID who is trying to access:
+ What browser are you using to access https://services.cisco.com/?

Likewise, do the following and let me know the result:

--> Use Mozilla browser --> Delete browsing Data (cache and cookies) -->  Close the browser -->  Open the browser again, and log in to the SNTC portal https://services.cisco.com/
