Hi,
Suddenly this month i have problem generated report on SNTC Portal, and it is having been a few days since I access it. Last month everything is fine, suddenly this month i can't schedule the report. The error message is "Generic Server Error413:"
Any problem on the SNTC Portal ? what caused it ?

What browser you mainly use?

I have tried on Firefox and Chrome. Both are the same. Usually, i can schedule the report using Firefox/Chrome

Now i can scheduled and download the Inventory Insight and Product Alert report, but not with Consolidated Bug Report.
The report is always Failed :

Definitely, there is something wrong with SNTC portal
