Hi team,
I would like to validate the customer manager of customer t4f (customer: T4F ENTERTAINMENT and Inventory: SLNXSNTCAPP01), because the employee who made the initial configuration was disconnected from the company and we need the employee (holiveira@t4f.com.br) to access custom manager.
Could you help us with this case?

Could change the user of Helton (oliveira@t4f.com.br) to customer admin, due the other accounts of client find be disable;

Hello There,
I noticed that Helton has already been nominated as DA for CSAM tool and is currently pending acceptance of legal terms.
He may accept the legal terms via CSAM Tool, URL: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/
