Good morning,
I have been trying to register for an SNTC account, but when I try to verify with a serial and contract number, I keep getting the following message:
We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again.
My account info is correct and I verified the serial number is covered under the contract.
Is there something else I need to do?
