When i attempt to access the total care portal, i'm immediately redirected to a page that asks me to register (see below). I've had sporadic access recently (https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13237546/unable-log-portal).

The SNTC Portal is currently undergoing some issues and is under maintenance. I will update you when there is further detail on the resolution.

Is there any update on this? I get exactly the same problem, though it's hard to tell if the problem is related to the portal or to my user.

Please ensure that your user has been onboarded by the company's delegated admnistrator.
