Hello, I am about to use SmartNet Total Care. Just finished portal registration.
I have Cisco CSPC Collector guide which give me this link to download collector:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283114009&flowid=17761&softwareid=283308676&release=Collector%20Server&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
But Smartnet Total Care web portal guides me to this link:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283107976&softwareid=284971103&release=SNTC%203.x&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
The question, what the difference is between these images. Which one should I use. Thank you.

Hey asmlicense,
PSS stands for Partner Support Service and is another network monitoring service Cisco provides for Partners that manage multiple customers. PSS also provides the capabilities to discover, collect, and analyze network device details and provide network information. You can pull reports and analysis on devices on PSS as well. This service is specifically for Partner companies that manage multiple different customer companies. Below is some more documentation if you desire.

Hello,
Please use the second link for Smartnet Total Care web portal guide link:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283107976&softwar...
The first link is for the collector used with the PSS service and this collector should not be used with SNTC.
Also try this Blog post : https://supportforums.cisco.com/blog/12696871/self-service-onboarding-setting-cspc-25-collector ; . This will help you deploy the collector.
Regards, Tim
