Can someone explain how to use SNTC api properly

Where are the API's for interacting with SNTC for fetching device inventory and configurations,

Most of the API's have no documentation except "Automated Software distribution".

I made a get request to the url https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/inventory/software 

with a valid access_token, but i am getting access denied message with 403 http status code.

Have you registered for inventory API access? Can you send me CCO ID, Client ID  and secret, as well as API call that you are making via private message for further review?

I'm having this exact same issue. Is there any better documentation out there. Most of what I found appears to be outdated. I authorized my Developer account for APIs and still get 403's every time using a valid access token.
