How do I upload the device inventory from the CSCP collector to the Smartnet Total Care portal?

Cisco Smart collector automatically sync with Cisco Portal based on the account.

Looks like it needs an unlocked profile. There should be steps published by Cisco.

Please referrence the Quick Start Guide for instructions on how to upload your collected data to the SNTC portal from your CSPC.
