Unable to access directory for seed file import

CSPC 2.8 in-product help and its manual do not state the full path for the seed files. From my investigation, it seems these files should be placed at /opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/data

However, when i try to access this directory through SFTP,

1) the admin user does not have permissions to even connect through SFTP

2) the "sftpuser" that i created, which is part of the SFTP user group can navigate through multiple directories, but can't even list the contents of  /opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/

Could someone confirm if the paths i'm using are correct? Also, is there anything else needed besides adding an user to the SFT user group in order to access/add/delete seed files?

You'll need to login to the CSPC from WinSCP with 'collectorlogin' user and place the seedfile temporarily in /home/collectorlogin.
Then you can use Putty or another SSH client and login first as 'collectorlogin' then switch to 'root' to access the directory specified in the guide.
Root is not accessible directly from SSH or SFTP as a security precaution. You can generate the passwords for 'collectorlogin' and 'root' from the 'admin' user by running the command pwdreset 90
