what was the version it was running before..looks like you hitting with Memory Bug, time for RMA.

previous running IOS version was 15.2.5E, running under bundled mode.
i just downloaded 15.2.7 via TFTP, and set boot system with this version, then performed reloading.
after that, the switch always hangs at testing memory, so unlucky....

Same here with 15.2.7E1, new release. Bricked two so far, not loading another. These are new out of box, updating to latest release per Cisco. Going back to 15.2-7.E0a

Whats to post - it hangs at the 5th line displayed Testing Memory.... There is no "boot process". It also won't respond to attempts to boot into ROMON.
Of the 7 NIB 2960X-48TD-L received yesterday - one failed on update, two others are BOOT FAIL out of the box and those also won't respond to any attempt to access ROMON. DOA.
I will add that I'm loading 15.2.7.E0a on these and after the update they are coming up BOOT FAIL. However, after a power cycle, they are booting normally on the new IOS. The ones that work, anyway.
