When i switch on my router,i am getting this error...what is an issue

can you insert the flash on a different running router and format it there first then tftp the image you desire for the 2921?
and boot the 2921 with the flash you just formatted.

yes it should work
it worked on my 1841 to 2811
unless your CF is corrupted, if it is corrupted you ll see the error during the format

Yes its work,
after uploading the image into flash via tftp,router bootup correctly...
