ISP connection is going to a POE cisco switch and also we have a phone communication system (PRI Technology)

Until we see your configuration it is hard to suggest at this moment.
we need to know what is old ISP IP and New ISP IP, and your running config.
in short you can achieve this by changing :
1. Change OLD ISP IP with New ISP IP
2. If you doing NAT you need to look how you doing this NAT.

Be careful if you are doing this and are using leased public IP segment from the provider. If that is the case, you need to change any device that has a public IP address e.g DNS, DMZ, Servers, LBs, etc..
