Module WS-X6748-GE-TX PWRDown on 7606

Dear All,

anyone can help me.

its a hardware problem or just not get power to module 1 for module WS-X6748-GE-TX?

this is the capture from show module and sh log :

Hi,

What IOS version are you running?

If you have the supported IOS installed, then try taking out the module and reinserting it back to the chassis.  If this doesn't help, then open a ticket with TAC and replace the module.
