Switch Catalyst 3560G Web Interface Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my Cisco Catalyst 3560G switch. The web interface does not work (I tried IE11, IE6, Chrome, Firefox and Safari).

There is only displayed icons but no text :

To try to solve the problem, I've updated the switch to its latest IOS version (from 12.2(55)SE7 to 12.2(55)SE9). But the problem persists

WS-C3560G-48TS     12.2(55)SE9           C3560-IPBASEK9-M

In the configuration, the web server is enabled:
ip http server
ip http secure-server

What can I do?

Thanks

Best Regards,
Fabien

If you've tried different browsers then I would recommend try a different machine.

I tried with another machine, but without success.

But I think the problem is the other. Because I also have a Cisco Catalyst 2960 older, and even if it shows the same error messages, I know still continue :

On the Catalyst 3560, error messages are not displayed correctly even... :-/

Ok, you are using IE.  Try Chrome or Firefox.

I tried in IE, Chrome, Firefox & Safari

Dear  Fabien,

All one has done before, I understand. But here, it's impossible. I do not have any pc 32-bit.

There is no way to make this web interface on a latest version of Windows x64.

It's still very restricitif their web interface. Change pc just to access the Cisco web interface, it makes no sense.. ;-(

what Operating System you are using

Windows 8.1 x64

Has there been a resolution at all to this problem? Thanks

same issue on 7/32 and 64, either FF than IE.

left menu dont work.

workaround: install and use cisco network assistant
