I searched the forums and only found one other discussion unresolved regarding this.
After upgrading a bunch of Cisco 3560s (some new out of box and some used) I get these errors on boot. On the other discussion someone mentioned it may be related to the auto templates.When I rolled the IOS back errors went away.
