Hi All,

I have a cisco C2950 and I've just did a firmware upgrade. I have downloaded the

c2950-i6q4l2-tar.121-22.EA14.tar and I've installed the firmware accordingly. Everything went well, the Switch is booting with new version etc..etc..

The problem I have is that when I try to access from the web, I can't see anything. The command for the http is enabled as well.

As per hereunder is the show version of the C2950

Hi,

Will you please make sure you have the enable password configured as this is the default method of HTTP server user authentication. Should you decide you can configure other HTTP server interface authentication method via the "ip http authentication" command.

Best regards,

Antonin

Hi Amikat,

Thanks foir your reply,

I've already did that, I've manage to solve that by upgrading another firmware E10A crypto and without any setting whatsover I've managed to have web access. If I'm not mistaken the http access is on by default. So I dont know why with E14 firmware didn't work. The funny side is that while I was working with web base on version E10A, from the web I've decided to upgrade once again to E14 and it works. Now I'm using the latest firmware version and the latest Cisco SDM.

Kindly let this discussion open so people can solve their issue that I had.

Thanks,

Brian Stivala
