Hi,
I am having difficulties pairing a touch 12 with the C40 codec.
C40 is currently running 7.0.2
Thanks

Hi Wilfred,
To confirm, is this a Touch12 or a Touch 8? Touch 12 would only be supported on a CTS/TX endpoint - CTS-1300, TX9000, etc.

As per the Data Sheet, the Touch 12 doesn't work on a C40 codec. You'll need to use a Touch 8, and in particular a CTS-CTRL-DVC8=.

Yes that seems to be the issue. I was using a T12 and replaced it with T8/T10 and now its working.
Thanks for the help.
