We're running CME and after adding "video" to the ephone and reseting the phone there is no camera icon showing up. Is there anything else we need to add to the config to start video? I even restarted the router with no success.

Do you have 'service phone videoCapability 1' configured under telephony-service in your CME box?
Once you configure this, do a 'create cnf-files' and then reset the phones.

I added that command, and now I see the video icon on the two phones I want to use video for. Thank you!
Now I am not getting video through Unified Video Advantage though. When I have a call between the two phones and I do a "show voip rtp connections" I get a message that says "No active connections found"
"sh call active video" gives me:
Telephony call-legs: 0
SIP call-legs: 0
H323 call-legs: 0
Call agent controlled call-legs: 0
SCCP call-legs: 0
Multicast call-legs: 0
Total call-legs: 0
Is there something else I am missing? Everything is running fine in VT Advantage that I can see.

If you do 'show ephone registered', do you see Video in the output for the phones?
Could you attach the configurations being used in the CME? And highlight the two ephones that are being used for the call.

I see video in "sh ephone registered" for one of the phones (ephone 10) but not the other (ephone 14). They are configured the same though. Am I missing something?

I believe you also need:

Could you please ensure that the CVTA is associated with the phone? If both the phones show video icon and 'show ephone registered' doesn't show video for ephone-14, then it probably means that the CVTA is not associated with the phone.
You can double click on CVTA icon and check that the link between the phone and the PC is green.
