Proximity not connecting to room systems. This applies to codecs that are on site and devices assigned to remote users on their own internet. Doesn't matter if it's one of the institutions PC or personal device. The app says "Finding rooms systems", flashes connecting for a fraction of a second then back to finding room systems and repeats.
However, using the Webex app to connect to device works without issue.
I understand Proximity is to be sunset 12/26 but should work until then. We have a lot of people who prefer to use Proximity do to the simplicity of it.
Thanks

are you using preview or beta as the software version?

No we are not using either of those.

In my experience the proximity connect in Webex works better than the standalone Proximity application. It’s doubtful that you’ll get a reliable working solution with the old standalone application.

The odd thing is something changed, Up until a few weeks ago it worked so what changed? I can't even point it at our network as the same problem persists off site on personal devices.

Sounds like there was a change in your environment somewhere (perhaps a network change, or a new software version on the endpoints?) To pinpoint the root cause, you'll need to work out what was changed.
In the meanwhile, you should check the endpoints to see that they are still configured properly for Proximity (see the "Set up and use Cisco Proximity" section of the Cisco Board, Desk, and Room Series Administration Guide (RoomOS 11.17 and 11.20), and that any client devices have the required network access to the endpoints (via port 443, or also via 65533 depending on the client being used).
Note: there is also a whole section of the forums dedicated to Proximity where this question would probably be better placed - see Cisco Proximity - Cisco Community
