Hi all,
I have SX10 and was trying to connect the webex meeting. but on the screen it said cannot connect call by sip. What should I do?

What you should do?
Maybe start by delivering more information about your setup, logs, ...
Or do some troubleshooting. I assume you are a technician, so you should be able to do some basic troubleshooting.
If you are just an end user, contact your administrator.

What do you have it registered to? Anything? Sorry but you haven't given us anything to go on.

You need to check the endpoint configuration if the sip protocol is activated

In order to receive some help, you will need to describe (also confirm) first where is your Video-Endpoint Registered ie is it registered on-prem (CUCM/Expressways) or Cloud (Control Hub).
