Hello everyone,
I am having issues as moderator to unmute all the mics when are muted from the room.
If I unmute from the Cisco Web Interface, everything works fine. However when I try to unmute using BlueJeans as moderator I am not able to enable it when from the room the mic is set mute. Is there any feature that I can enable from the settings having full control to unmute/mute and let also the participants do the same?
Thanks in advance

This sounds like a question for BlueJeans. I believe iX media is capable of this but every Cisco document I have read has recommended against enabling it on public/external B2B external trunks due to compatibility and security concerns. Even with Webex it requires a fully end-to-end encrypted call for it to be permitted.
