It has been noted in posts by other members in this forum that it is NOT possible to control several microphones to mute one microphone but keep another unmuted. Either ALL micrphones are muted or unmuted. The posts I saw was from 2017. Is it still the case that it is NOT possible to control the Mics individually?
We need to attach 2 mic ceilings to a cisco codec and be able to control each mic ceiling with mute/unmute functionality from a touch 10 panel.

The API doc for 9.8 still only references muting and unmuting all mics simultaneously, so that should still be the case for the entire system. The only way I've found to do it is to route the mics through an external audio control system and then mute per mic through that system. We've used RevoLabs mics (for example), and each mic is muted independently. The Touch10 control is a "Mute All" for the microphone system.

Thanks for your comment, Adam.
So, bottomline, we can not use touch 10 UI for controlling the Revolabs mics either, right?

We used the HD Dual with the omni mics.
