I have installed CMS Cluster version 3.1.2
I have a problem with the web app, is when any participant join meeting, the web app drop the participant after couples of seconds from the meeting
with error"unable to reconnect media" > "Rejoin media"
when I rejoin again, 10 seconds later or something, and then knocked out!
For logs: I saw these logs
>>conference 5e08b6a1-dd5f-44bc-9a84-503b80b24db0: locked due to lack of lock consensus
>> configuring call d2c6105d-aa33-4f15-b0ff-9add32f8652e to be deactivated

BUT AFTER INVESTIGATION WE FOUND THE PROBLEM THAT THE FIREWALL TEAM DIDN'T OPEN THE RIGHT PORTS
BETWEEN WEBRTC CLIENTS AND WEB APP SERVERS

do you try to connect to CMS directly internally, or via Expressway?

what are the ports you opened in Firewall? Guess 443 and 3478.
i have the same error. I am using express 12.7 to provide turn service for cms3.2..
The firewall team said they have opened the ports.I used online port checker to check 3478 but it's showing closed?
can somone assist ?
internal works fine. Only external gues encounter media error
do we need _xmpp-client as srv record in the internal dns since xmpp is not supported on veesion 3.2
