CUCM versions -where to find 12.5.1.x = SUx as example

May be a stupid question , but is there some place within Cisco site or somewhere that lists the Cisco versions with what it equates to in the other format they use.

I am looking at various versions to upgrade to (both 11 & 12  from 10.5) , looking at Advisories  and BUGs  and they like to list version in this format: 12.5(1.13900.146) or 12.5(1.13900.136)  etc .

To  see its equivalent in the Download page , I have to click in left panel for a particular version -shows in format 12.5.1(SU3)  ,  then in the right panel , the download version presents  the format 12.5.1.13900.152  (example).

I have to go to each 12.5.1 (SUx)  to find the equivalent  version number shown in the  BUG.

So ....  Compliance sends you a  vulnerability finding , next  go find the Advisory , then go to the BUG the Advisory  referenced to find Affected/ Fixed version ,  then go to Download page and hunt thru versions listed in one format to find the  other version format that is the fixed version found in the BUG.

Hoping its just me that has not found a more efficient way to navigate this -  is there a list somewhere ?

Thanks so much !  Greatly appreciated

The second digit from the left in the last number block equals the SU number. So if it’s 13900 it is equal to SU3.

To call it SU it should end with 900. means if its 13900 its SU3.

I have mentioned the  details in my blog.

I went to your blog (I didn't realize it was yours) and captured the chart in my files. Outstanding! Thank you!

Great Tip,  had not picked up on that previously

and now that you have learned it they are doing away with most of it...:)

What do you mean?

they are doing away with ".0" & ".5" releases. So with 14 and beyond, it will be just 14, 14SU1, 14SU2.....and then 15.

I am not sure how that will change the file naming schema

Good to know. Thanks!
