Hi,
In the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Features and Services Guide, Release 7.1(2) - Under "Monitoring and Recording " section;

We can add SIP trink to point to a recording server. It also says that Nice and WItness has been tested. But as I know, the Cisco QM applicaiton can
also do the recording. Can't we user QM directly interfaced with CUCM for recording ?

At the moment, no it can't... but eventually it no doubt will. It looks like that feature will appear in Calabrio's 'own' releases first...

Do 8800 an 9900 phones have BIB and can be recorded/monitored with BIB.
