CUCM voice recording

Hi,

In the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Features and Services Guide, Release 7.1(2) - Under  "Monitoring and Recording " section;

We can add SIP trink to point to a recording server. It also says that Nice and WItness has been tested. But as I know, the Cisco QM applicaiton can

also do the recording. Can't we user QM directly interfaced with CUCM for recording ?

At the moment, no it can't... but eventually it no doubt will. It looks like that feature will appear in Calabrio's 'own' releases first...

Yes QM 8 now supports using the BIB within the phone for recording. This is with QM 8 express flavor. Attached are the slides from CQM 8  express
