Dears,
While configuring IMP Presence Redundancy Group Configuration HA I'm receiving
Error: [3806] Not a valid application user. Please check log file.
using CUCM version 12.5
Does anyone face this issue?

I'm not familiar with that exact error message, but it reads as if the Application User account used to connect the two systems does not have the correct permissions, or there is a username and/or password issue. Double-check that first.

Hi There,
Could you please let us know if you can log in to the IM&P server GUI using the Call Manager application user credentials?
For further troubleshooting:
If you can access the presence server CLI, kindly run the following query to check if the AXL user value matches the application user in the Cisco Call Manager:
"run sql select * from epassyncagentcfg
."
axluser (On IM&P) should be your application user.

Yes, I'm able to login IM&P server GUI using the Call Manager application user credentials.

It's time, then, to look at the log file. The AXL and Tomcat to start. Please post them as attachments to your reply and we can take a look.
