You will need to install VM Ware on a bare metal server, this then becomes a host. A Host server then can run multiple guest servers depending on hardware etc.
Depending on the size of your current infrastructure and of course, your budget will depend on how many Host servers you have and how many guest you will need to run.
I would recommend reading through the documentation on the links below;

The migration process is bit involved. You are going to need a couple UCS chassis to run VMWare, plus VMWare licenses. You can a tool called PCD (Prime Collaboration Deployment) to migrate to CUCM 10.x. Check out the link below on PCD.

CUCM 10.x is only supported on a VM Ware virtualised platform, i've never tried but would assume if you were to try and install it on a bare metal server it would fail at the hardware detection stage and not let you continue.

then I'll have to centralize everything in a virtual machine.
I have a publisher and a subscriber physicists.
There is a system of free virtualization?

ok thanks.
But when I purchased the 10.5 version in the file possible to download cucm_10.5_vmv7_v1.8.ova not there.

With a CCO ID and correctly assigned contracts you can download the ova template from here;
If you are using VM Ware ESXi version 5.X then you need to download cucm_10.5_vm8_v1.8.ova
For ESXI version 4.x you need cucm_10.5_vm7_v1.8.ova file.

the problem is that they have accidentally assigned the number of the contract to another distributor.
In addition, during the summer we can not contact them.
wishing you can download the file for me?
ucm_10.5_vmv7_v1.8.ova not there.
i have esxi host 5.5

What I meant to say if your Procurement Team have placed through the Distributor, they can help u in downloading the file through their CCOId or what I suppose your CUCM 7 would be under support contract with Cisco.
You can open the TAC case and share the genuine problem of contract number being mapped wrongly.They would provide u the OVA.
