HI All
unable to register ip phone on cucm 11 .The phone is getting registered in the devices list but on the phone it gives the ext number and moving to services tab and asking to select services .
It is newly installed PUB

You are hitting Default Idle URL. You can find it in User Management > User/Phone Add > Universal Device Template > Auto-registration Template > Service Configuration Settings.

Go to the phone page in CM, look for Idle field under External Data Locations Information and remove the entry which is in there followed by reset of phone that should resolve the issue.
