meet-me does not provide passwords
anyone that can dial the number can join if it has been initiated.
you can try to join thru unity with the supervised transfer + announcement to determine if you accept or deny access
applies to all versions and flavors

Sorry for the delay. I've been swamped with some stuff. Here are the instructions of how it got it to work.
Regards,
Create a call handler for each of your Meet Me extension with the following settings:
Prifle Settings.
Owner ==> Subscriber (This would be your preference. Perhaps Help Desk, or general mailbox for conference bridges)
Extension ==> Meet Me extension.
Call Transfer Settings.
Transfer incoming calls to a phone?
Yes, ring this extension ==> Meet Me extension.
Transfer Type:
Supervise Transfer.
Rings to wait for: 2
If the number is busy ==> No holding.
Gather caller information:
Check,
Confirm (call can be accepted or dinied)
Ask Caller's name.
Messages Settings.
Message recipient: A selected subscriber. (owner of the call handler)

Hi,
I wrote this document. What exactly is the problem you are having
07-24-2008 09:12 PM
I had found a detailed document that went through setting up Unity to do the supervised transfer + announce several years ago and can not locate it again.
Does anyone have a link to that document?
Thanks,
Brian

Hi -
You can check out two Cisco applications, MeetingPlace and MeetingPlace Express. Both products allow meetings to be scheduled using meeting passwords.

Ginger, thanks but do not want to have another server and program.
We are just looking for a way to have a way for Unity to dial the meetme bridge number. That way a subsriber can call the call handler and Unity will dial it so a phone user can be remote and doesn't have to be local to the phone soft key.
someone in this conversation sent his setting but only the Unity side. I need the ccm side too.

on CCM side just make sure the VM port can reach the meet-me DN, nothing else. it's the same as if you wanted to reach a phone
