I'm getting the following error in CUCM when attempting to edit a device after we updated from 11.x to 12.x
Update failed. SSH Password is not valid. SSH Password is an encrypted value containing up to 288 hexadecimal characters (0-9 and A-F)
I'm still digging around but I feel like a feature/service was enabled by default after the upgrade that I need to locate and disable?

Not sure whether is it fixed in 12.5.1.11900-146 or not.As per the software bug details CSCve59587, it shows fixed release as

I'm running 12.5.1.12900-115 (12.5(1)SU2) and the problem still exists. I had to do the SQL query to fix it.

Until you have the opportunity to upgrade to a version of CUCM that is not affected by this issue try using BAT to remove the Secure Shell User on the device(s)... then you should be able to remove the password if needed ... this is what has worked for us.

Running 12.5.1.11900-146. Issue still exists. I agree that the BAT tool works well in this situation.

I can confirm I am hitting this issue with:
System version: 12.5.1.14900-63
We upgraded from 10.5

We are running version 12.5.1.15049-1 with devicepack12.5.1.14041-1 installed. We are also running into this issue and the CLI commands do not fix the issue. When you run the query, there is no actual SSH Password there. I blanked it out anyways and it still has the same issue. Anyone have a fix?
